Questions to contemplate:
Do you truly listen to another point of view, or do you endlessly rationalize your own?
Are you generous, empathetic, and compassionate, or more concerned with getting your share?
Are you passive-aggressive or direct in your communication?
Do you manipulate others to get what you want, or are you straightforward in your actions?
None of us is perfect. However, to excuse all our imperfections with the line "I'm only human" is a cop-out. Each of us can do better. What it takes is desire and commitment.
