He suggests that 6 is one short of the perfection or Godliness of 7, so that triple 6 is as advanced as man could be (while still not being God) -- "the ultimate in human ingenuity and competence elevated to the point where he thinks he is a god." (p. 148). I wonder...could the Antichrist even be an advanced computer or an "artificial intelligence?" Perhaps a product of man's attempts to play God? Some books I have seen, such as "The Singularity Is Near", suggest that this may be possible within a few decades. There would, of course, have been no way for someone writing in Biblical times to express this idea except symbolically. Obviously, this is not for me to say...but it is something to think about.
