In health news.....

The days of the donut and coffee may be gone soon. You may be able to have your caffeine in your donut thus not needing the java with it. What will Starbucks do? Stay tuned.

According to this blogger chocolate may be a health food. The truth is that any dark chocolate with over 60% cocoa really is good for you. The Europeans eat chocolate galore and are very healthy. Their secret? A little chocolate each day, but it's got to be dark and with a high percentage of cocoa.
