Here we go again....Salmonella Outbreaks

This year has been a record year for food related illnesses. According to the latest, Salmonella is ravaging the East coast, affecting mostly women. Since we don't know the cause, it's hard to say "Don't eat this" or "Stay away from that." It's contaminating real food...beef, veggies, dairy products....everything that you should be eatting to stay healthy. Is this the time to throw the good eatting habits out the window and start eatting packaged foods and junk? Well, before you reach for that candy bar, do what my son does before every meal. Pray. And pray like you mean it. Stay tuned.....
