First off, see rules below for instructions on entering. This drawing will be held on Friday October 20, 2006. I will post the winner no later than Saturday the 21st. I will be drawing this time for "A Ladder out of Depression" by Bonnie Keen. It is written from a Christian perspective with solutions including medication. This option, most likely frowned upon by well meaning christians, is necessary in some cases. The book shows you how to find the best option for you. Other methods include stress-management and sabbaticals.
