Before starting any exercise program: STRETCH! I started doing Pilates at home and my "powerhouse" aka midsection is stiff and sore. Does it work? Judging by the pain I am in-based on no pain, no gain-YES! It works. Maybe I should stick to walking. Nah. That's too safe. I need to broaden my scope. Do new things. Challenge myself.
