Supersize me

In the movie Supersize me Morgan Spurlock lived on McDonalds food for a month. Nothing else. And during that month, he had to eat everything on the menu atleast once. During that time frame he visits his doctor due to poor health. Let's see. Gallbladder attack, maybe? (brought on by a Big Mac attack? Ok, that was bad LOL) Ulcers? Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Give the guy some credit-he put his life on the line to make a point.

This morning I was thinking about the term "Supersize me." At one point or another, we supersize everything. Thus, the name "Drama-Queen/King". Life becomes bigger than itself and we are suddenly victims. Isn't it amazing how we never take credit for the messes we create?

On the other hand, I have a strong belief in God and yet I have kept him a small-fry all my life. Yeah, he walked on water, healed a few people, died and rose again...'but God, you don't understand my problem'. That's just it. All this time, I've been the small fry. Small minded. Small in faith. God has been the biggie fry just waiting to show me his stuff. I realized I need to Supersize God and place him where he belongs in the realm of things. He is larger and greater than anything and anyone else. I hear it, but I need to believe it. Supersize me? Nope. I'm supersizing him. {BIG arrow up}
